I know that walking/ running in a road race is a potentially hazardous activity.
I represent that I am medically able and properly trained to participate in this event.
I assume all risks associated with this event including, but not limited to, heat exhaustion, falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, dangerous traffic conditions, etc., all such risks being know and recognized by me.
In consideration of my entry, I hereby release, discharge and agree to hold free and harmless A Blister For My Sister Inc., sponsors, or organizers of this event and each of them with their sucessors, assigns, officers, and agents from any and all liability for injuries to property or person suffered by me as a result of my participation in this event. By execution of this wavier, I assume all risks associated with this event.
I also understand and agree that the event may subsequently use for publicity and / or promotional purposes my name, photographs, video or other records of me participating in this event without liability or obligations to me.
By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years old) having read and agreed to the above waiver.
